*First Response Homeopathy Series, consisting of 3 cumulative daytime sessions: *
Are they “home” remedies, botanicals or nutritional supplements? Get the answers to these and other questions you may have about homeopathy, a healing art and science that is safe, gentle and effective. Learn self-help for yourself and your family for acute ailments including accidents, injuries, colds and flus.
Although homeopathy is known to many as a folk medicine, homeopathy is also a medical specialty (over 200 years of clinical experience) and used by professional practitioners in treating serious, chronic diseases. During the influenza pandemic (“Spanish flu”) of 1918-19 homeopathic physicians had a significantly lower mortality rate (under 1%) than conventional physicians (25-30%). Homeopathic remedies are inexpensive and FDA approved. They can be bought at health food stores, as well as the Common Ground Food Co-op (some by special order, which gives you a 10% discount).
Those who know very little about homeopathy are strongly urged to read intro booklet available for free online: www.beyondflatearth.com
Information packets and pens will be provided. You may bring any homeopathy books you have, if you like or if you have questions about them. But books are not required.
Venue will be at a location in south central Urbana
Fee for Series: $60.00
